Industrial Show - October 9/12 2012

The only regional specialized exhibition company “Expo-Volga”, an active member of Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, invites you to take part in the 9th innovative industrial forum and 11th “Industrial Show” international trade show, held in October 9 – 11, 2012.

Innovative industrial forum together with the “Industrial Show” exhibition, being the largest multi-industrial exhibition project in the Volga region, gives its participants unique opportunities to show and promote their cutting edge industrial equipment, repair and upgrade technologies, to demonstrate their technical know-how and share the experience with international and Russian manufacturers. This year the project topics include new and important features – the nanotech and ecology, environment protection and recycling.

The exhibition attracts exhibitors and experts from an international audience and focuses on promoting the development of solar technology. The Intersolar Europe Conference also provides market and technology insights and is organised simultaneously.


To actively promote the development of solar technology. That was the aim set by members of the Working Group for Environmental Technology (Arbeitskreis für Umwelttechnologie) in Pforzheim when, in 1991, they organized a one-day event with presentations on the use of solar energy. Five solar companies presented their products there as part of a small exhibition. Over the years that followed, interest in solar technology grew and in 1993 the event attracted 25 exhibitors to Pforzheim, a town situated between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, with 84 companies present in 1995. 

These companies made the event Germany’s most important exhibition for solar technology, and gradually organization of the event became more professional. As CEO of the newly founded Solar Promotion GmbH, Markus Elsässer, who was there at the beginning in 1991, raised awareness of the solar exhibition beyond Germany’s borders. 
There will be also Tauring Group that will promote, between others, its hydraulic pipe bender.

Tube bending machines

Pyramid type bending machine with 3 driving rollers having variable centre distances.

The adjustable geometry of this machine makes it possible to bend an extremely wide range of section bars and is widely used especially in the construction of window/door frames in aluminium or other material, in steel structure work and many other fields of activity.

The upper roll is hydraulically adjustable whereas the seat of the lower rolls can be adjusted in four different positions of hydraulic pipe bender.

-Wide centre distance: optimal bending of square and rectangular tubular section bars, and special section bars for closed-section window/door frames.

-Medium centre distance: optimal bending of round tubes with the right compromise to obtain very small radii without ovalising.

-Narrow centre distance: optimal bending of thin and asymmetrical section bars with maximum limitation of warping ensuring driving under any condition.

”dxf” file importation with possibility to modify shape to bend on the screen, directly dragging the ends of the segments to lengthen or shorten them, or clicking on the arrows to enlarge or reduce the bending radii; all the operations are acknowledged by the “bending4program” that updates in real time. In conclusion the shape we see on the screen, and that we can measure with the specific tools, is really the actual shape that the machine will produce. Completely automated management of passage from straight section to bent section. A group of algorithms that, calculated according to the machine geometry, the profile section and the shape to be obtained, produce harmonious and imperceptible association of tubing bender with perfectly symmetrical shapes.

New bending machine: advantages

Versatility of bending machine, that can bend large size profiles, as well as profiles with small dimensions and radii, with its combination of considerable useful length and elevated stiffness of the supported shafts with a centre distance between the bending rolls having a wide variability range due to the converging straight-line guides.

Longer machine life because of the optimal distribution of the forces. Hydraulic pipe bender adjustment of the bending axes speed makes it possible to position the rolls with maximum precision. For example, during multi-pass bending, it is possible to rapidly approach the required radius and the subsequently finish the bending with maximum precision finely adjusting the position of the bending rolls. A longer life of the machine because of the optimal distribution of the forces.

The excellent geometry of the Alpha series, permits, with the same performance as a bending machine of the competition, considerable energy saving (on average the power required is halved).

Square tube bending has an innovative multi-axis positioner that permits a completely independent handling of the moving parts of the bending machine where it is applied.

The operator interface is incorporated in a panel of appropriate dimensions, that encloses in a single instrument all that is necessary to ergonomically manage the bending machine, avoiding confusing and bewildering indications caused by many devices spread out over the machine. The PQ10 is the latest electronic interface, designed specifically to meet the management requirements of pipe bending machines with more than 3 separate axes.
