Techni-Show - From 13 to March 16, 2012

The Techni-Show is the largest trade fair of the Benelux with regard to disciplines, number of participants and scope in the area of industrial production technologies, processing and machining metals, pipe and tube bending machines, accessories and tools. Participation in the trade fair is very efficient when it comes to presenting your company but also to meeting existing and new contacts.

Innovations have been given the highest priority at the trade fair. The greatest asset of the Techni-Show is that visitors really come to see what is on offer on the fair’s floor: Techni-Show is characterised by running machines and demos.

Techni-Show 2012 is the platform where suppliers and customers from the manufacturing industry find each other. The Techni-Show is spread out over six halls and is held in co-location with the ESEF trade fair that takes place in three adjacent halls. Visitors have access to both trade fairs with one entry ticket. They have the following background: metal industry,

machine and equipment industry, other industries, education, technical design, engineering and consultancy firms.

EXPOMAQ - From 7 to March 9, 2012

Expomaq focuses on 3 types of sectors.

1 .- Material Handling.

Tube bending machines

Pyramid type bending machine with 3 driving rollers having variable centre distances.

The adjustable geometry of this machine makes it possible to bend an extremely wide range of section bars and is widely used especially in the construction of window/door frames in aluminium or other material, in steel structure work and many other fields of activity.

The upper roll is hydraulically adjustable whereas the seat of the lower rolls can be adjusted in four different positions of hydraulic pipe bender.

-Wide centre distance: optimal bending of square and rectangular tubular section bars, and special section bars for closed-section window/door frames.

-Medium centre distance: optimal bending of round tubes with the right compromise to obtain very small radii without ovalising.

-Narrow centre distance: optimal bending of thin and asymmetrical section bars with maximum limitation of warping ensuring driving under any condition.

-Mechanical clutch device on upper roll to offset surface speed.

-Tippable base-plate to work in horizontal and vertical mode

-Rotating parts mounted on bearings and constructed in casehardened ground high alloy steel

15” Touch-screen monitor. Intuitive system to program any type of regular and/or irregular geometry designing it directly on the screen.

”dxf” file importation with possibility to modify shape to bend on the screen, directly dragging the ends of the segments to lengthen or shorten them, or clicking on the arrows to enlarge or reduce the bending radii; all the operations are acknowledged by the “bending4program” that updates in real time. In conclusion the shape we see on the screen, and that we can measure with the specific tools, is really the actual shape that the machine will produce. Completely automated management of passage from straight section to bent section. A group of algorithms that, calculated according to the machine geometry, the profile section and the shape to be obtained, produce harmonious and imperceptible association of tubing bender with perfectly symmetrical shapes.
